La Vega, cultural City

You could say that the cultural tradition of La Vega has been taking place since the foundation of it in 1494. In the latest, La Vega has a Youth Symphony Orchestra, DOSA Theatre, with recent artists like Santy Rodríguez, Raúl Morilla, Khilsys García, Carlos Regalado, Melvin Mars, Mars Carlos "Cayoya" among others. Similarly, companies, institutions, service industries, etc.


Similarly we have to mention the more recent cultural work ROUTE OF FAITH. This project involves several areas of the city that are offered as tourist attractions: Park Old Vega, La Santa Cruz in Santo Cerro and Sacred Museum, these works opened so far, several that are included in this route.
