The best way to stay healthy is to live a balanced life between exercise and good nutrition.
Playing sports helps the body to stay active, allowing our body to activate the mechanisms necessary for the proper functioning of our bodies. Besides these exercises they must be accompanied by a balanced diet with foods that nourish our bodies.
It's usually good to walk two or three hours, before or after work. For lovers of sports can make the you like and this helps them more. The power must be programmed according to our metabolism. It is advisable to visit a nutritionist to tell us what our need food.
What is important to note is that although perform exercises and devote ourselves to a good daily diet, there is no better way to keep fit to live a peaceful life based on faith in God and love of neighbor.
